Soy Sauce Glazed Perfection: Pork Chops with Asparagus & Rice

Indulge in a symphony of flavors with my Soy Sauce Glazed Pork Chops, perfectly paired with tender asparagus and fluffy rice. This quick and easy recipe delivers a mouthwatering meal that's sure to impress and satisfy your taste buds. Elevate your dinner game with this delicious, savory dish!


Serves 4


Ingredients:


Pork Chops:

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops

  • Soy Sauce (Enough to cover Pork Chops while marinating)


Asparagus:

  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus

  • Olive oil for drizzling

  • 2 Tsp of Salt

  • 1 Tsp Pepper

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder


Rice:

  • 2.5 Cups Jasmine Rice

  • Enough water to cover rice

  • 3 Tbs Butter


Directions:

Pork Chops:

  1. Add Pork Chops to a bowl

  2. Add enough soy sauce to cover the Pork Chops

  3. Let sit for about 30min

  4. When cooking in an Air Fryer, cook 3 at a time at 390 degrees for 18 min (flip half way through). Now cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the Pork Chop. These can also be cooked on a grill or in the oven


Asparagus:

  1. Preheat the oven at 400

  2. Trim bottoms off Asparagus

  3. Place on sheet pan

  4. Drizzle olive oil

  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder

  6. Bake for 15-20min, till tender with a little crunch still


Rice:

  1. Rinse rice until water runs clear

  2. Add to instant pot

  3. Add in butter

  4. Add in enough water to cover rice

  5. Set Instant Pot to Custom for 8min

  6. Let self-release for 10min

  7. I like to serve my rice with butter and a little salt
