Ingredients:
Pork Chops:
4 Boneless Pork Chops
Soy Sauce (Enough to cover Pork Chops while marinating)
Asparagus:
1 Bunch of Asparagus
Olive oil for drizzling
2 Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Rice:
2.5 Cups Jasmine Rice
Enough water to cover rice
3 Tbs Butter
Directions:
Pork Chops:
Add Pork Chops to a bowl
Add enough soy sauce to cover the Pork Chops
Let sit for about 30min
When cooking in an Air Fryer, cook 3 at a time at 390 degrees for 18 min (flip half way through). Now cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the Pork Chop. These can also be cooked on a grill or in the oven
Asparagus:
Preheat the oven at 400
Trim bottoms off Asparagus
Place on sheet pan
Drizzle olive oil
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder
Bake for 15-20min, till tender with a little crunch still
Rice:
Rinse rice until water runs clear
Add to instant pot
Add in butter
Add in enough water to cover rice
Set Instant Pot to Custom for 8min
Let self-release for 10min
I like to serve my rice with butter and a little salt
